Please note we do not hold dates as we work on a first come, first served policy.  Bookings are not guaranteed until we

receive full payment and orders are subject to availability.

PRODUCE & ALLERGIES

Our Grazes include a selection of all our usual goodies, but these are subject to availability and seasonality. It is your responsibility to inform us when booking of any dietary requirements. Whilst we make every effort to accommodate such requirements this may not always be possible and pricing may also vary due to costs of alternative ingredients. 

 

PLEASE NOTE we cannot guarantee there are no traces of allergens in our products and NUTS are handled on our premises. Unfortunately, due to the very nature of grazing catering our food is NOT prepared in an allergen-free environment and we

cannot guarantee the products in our platters, tables, brie and boxes don't contain traces of the following allergens:- 

celery, cereals containing gluten, eggs, nuts, fish, lupin, milk, mustard, tree nuts (including brazil nuts, cashews, hazelnuts, 

macadamia, pecans, pistachios) and walnuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites.

 

It is also your responsibility to inform us of any food allergies, or intolerances well in advance. The Berry Box Co. will not

be liable for any circumstances that arise when an allergy, or intolerance has not been made aware to us. 

 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds, as the ingredients are all pre-ordered to fulfil your requirements.

We can, however, amend delivery dates if advance notice is given.

GRAZING TABLES, PLATTERS, BOXES, BRIE & GRAZE CUPS

Our Grazes are best enjoyed on the day of delivery, but if refrigerated should be consumed within 24 hours. 

We advise that food should be consumed within 4 hours and kept in a cool area, away from direct sunlight and

heat sources. In accordance with food hygiene and safety the food must be disposed of after 4 hours.

Our responsibility of the food ends after we deliver.
