FAQ's

How do I order?
You can order one of our Grazes by completing the online enquiry form. Once we have received your order we will confirm the date via email and ask for full payment. If you have any questions or would like to know more about our grazing options then please do email us at theberryboxcompany@gmail.com

I've submitted my online order, but haven't received an email back?
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours. If you haven't received an email from us, please check your junk folder.

Do you deliver?

We offer a delivery service only within a 10 mile radius of Liphook in Hampshire, charges will apply. If you live outside our 10 mile delivery area please contact us and we’ll see if we can accommodate your order, a minimum order value may apply.

 

How do I pay?
We ask for payment via BACS transfer, using the account details provided. Orders are subject to availability and not confirmed until we receive full payment.

How do you deal with dietary requirements, or allergies?

PLEASE NOTE our products are made in a kitchen that handles all main allergens. We do our best to accommodate allergies, however there is a high risk of cross contamination due to the very nature of grazing catering. Please let us know of any dietary requirements, or allergies when completing the enquiry form.

If you or your guests/clients have a severe allergy please beware that we cannot guarantee if a product is completely free of traces of the following allergens: celery, cereals containing gluten, eggs, nuts, fish, lupin, milk, mustard, tree nuts (including brazil nuts, cashews, hazelnuts, macadamia, pecans, pistachios) and walnuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites.

Can Grazes be refrigerated?

All our Grazes best enjoyed on the day of delivery, but can be refrigerated and should be consumed within 24 hour. ​​

How long can the food remain out on the table?
We advise a 4 hour time period and food should be kept in a cool area, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. In accordance with food hygiene and safety the food must be disposed of after 4 hours. Our responsibility of the food ends after delivery.

Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds, as the ingredients are all pre-ordered to fulfil your requirements. We can amend delivery dates if advance notice is given.

 

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured. We also have current food hygiene and safety training and 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating.
